What’s included (no credits needed)

You can do most of your work without using credits:

• Your plan gives you access to Handshaik
• Use Classic mode filters
• Build and manage target lists
• Use Nurture (pipeline & storage)
• Receive notifications and updates

Credit value

Credits are significantly cheaper on paid plans.

• Free plan: £0.10 per credit
• Paid plans: £0.01 per credit

What uses credits

Credits are only used when you run actions that require additional processing —like AI search or data enrichment.

Most actions have fixed credit costs, while AI usage varies depending on therequest.

• AI mode (natural language search): Typically 20–200 credits per message, depending on the complexity of the request.

‍Contact enrichment

• Email: 5 credits per email
• Phone: 20 credits per number
• LinkedIn lookup: Free (when enriching email/phone)

‍Data actions

• Import: Importing your own data is always free
• Export: 2 credits per company

Managing your credits

You’re always in control:

• Turn on auto top-up → credits are added automatically at a lower rate thanmanual purchase
• Leave auto top-up off → purchase bundles as and when you need them(without the discount)

No hidden fees. No unexpected charges.

Do credits expire?

• Credits remain valid for your entire plan term and reset on renewal
• Unused credits do not roll over
